Day 01 Arrival Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
Day 02 Kathmandu: sightseeing and preparation
Day 03 Kathmandu to Pokhara (823m/2,700ft): 6 hours drive
Day 04 Drive to Naya Pul and trek to Ghandruk (1940m/6360 ft): 5-6 hours trek
Day 05 Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2170m/7120ft): 6 hours
Day 06 Chhomrong to Dobhan (2,600m/8,530ft): 5-6 hours
Day 07 Dobhan to Deurali (3,230m/10,597ft): 1 hour 30 mins
Day 08 Deurali to Machhapuchre Base Camp (3700m/12135ft): 3-4 hours
Day 09 Acclimatization and preparation
Day 10 Machhapuchre Base Camp to Cave Camp (4,250m/13,943ft): 5-6 hours

Day 17 Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu: 6 hours

  • Airport pickups and drops in a private vehicle
  • 3-star hotel accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast

Exclusions

Cost Excludes:

  • International airfare to and from Kathmandu
  • Excess baggage charges (if you have more than 15 kg luggage, cargo charge is around .5 per kg)
  • Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu because of early arrival, late departure, early return from mountain (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary
  • Altitude chamber (PAC) or oxygen
  • Lunch and evening meals in Kathmandu (and also in the case of early return from mountain than the scheduled itinerary)
  • Travel and rescue insurance
  • Personal expenses (phone calls, internet, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, extra porters, bottle or boiled water, shower, etc.)
  • Personal climbing equipment
  • Personal climbing guide if requested
  • Optional trips and sightseeing if extended
  • Tips for guides and porters
