Yes, EtravelNepal.com is registered at Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Department of Tourism, Bhrikutimandap under Trek and Tours to Nepal P Ltd.
 
How does it work?
We feel the necessity of such platform, which can share information of the available tourism product of Nepal. Doing enquiries through mail to number of trekking / tour companies in Nepal for any tourism product and waiting for the response from them with suitable cost is time consuming process. We have tried to address that problem through the platform, EtravelNepal.com, which will search your favorite destination at suitable price with the services included / excluded.
 
Are the rates given of the same company?
No, the mentioned rates are not of the same company. We have coordinated with different companies for the rate, services included / excluded and other information.
 
Is the price mentioned for only pax? If yes, how will be guide and porter managed if we are more than one pax?
Yes, the price mentioned is per pax. Guide / porter will be managed as per the number of member of the group.
 
If the rate mentioned is for only per pax, then then what will be the rate if we are more than one person?
If you are more than person, then the given rate will be decreased by 10% up to 3 pax, then the same rate will be applied to the number of pax more than 3 pax.
Note: This condition doesnot apply to the reservation made through Bookallsafaris and further communication required.
 
Can we visit Nepal only during the seasons mentioned on the website?
Autumn and spring are regarded as the best season to visit Nepal. There are some of the areas Nepal lack in the development of proper infrastructure due to which your travel may be disturbed by rain, flood etc. You need to confirm with us before you travel in other seasons.
 
Do we need to deposit amount for the confirmation of trip?
70% of the total amount needs to be deposited in the following account for the confirmation of trip.

How do we know the contact details of the service provider?
After you confirm trip by depositing the advance amount, then we will send you contact details of the service provider within 48 hours.
 
Do we get refund the deposited amount if we cancel our trip?
As we book services in advance and are bound to honor the commitments as to payment to the suppliers, cancellation of services results in the company losing money depending upon the time of communication of cancellation to the supplier and therefore, we have provision to refund your booking amount 50% of the deposited amount if we are informed 15 days before the arrival.
 
Do we need to pay additional amount EtraveNepal.com / service provider other than the price mentioned on website?
No, you do not need to pay any additional amount other than the price mentioned on our website; however, the price may increase if you seek for extra service.
 
Why are differences in the rate and number of days for the same trip? For example, EtravelNepal.com has four different rates and number of days for the expedition on Mt. Amadablam.
The rate for the trip and number of days depend on the services that you will receive during the trip, therefore, we kindly request you to go through the services included / excluded in the package before you decide.
