DAY 5 Lhasa 3600m
DAY 6 Lhasa 3650–Gyantse 3950m
DAY 7 Gyantse 3950m–Xigatse 3900m
DAY 8 Xigatse–Xegar 4350m
DAY 9 Xegar–Base Camp 5200m
DAY 10 Advanced Base Camp of Everest at 6500m
DAY 11-14 Equipment sorting, Training and Acclimatization
DAY 15 Trek to Interim Camp 5800m.
DAY 16 Trek to Advance Base Camp 6450m
DAYS 17-24 Climbing Period
DAY 25-27 Advance Higher up to Camp 3 at 7500m (C, B, L, D).
DAY 28-29 Rest Days. (C, B, L, D).

DAY 56 Clear Base Camp
DAY 57-59 Drive to Kathmandu
