Itinerary

Day 01	Fly from Nepalgunj to Juphal and trek from Juphal to Dunai.
Day 02	Trek from Dunai to Shyanta (2520 m.) which takes about six hours.
Day 03	Trek from Shyants to Somdu (2940 m.) and it takes about seven hours
Day 04	Trek from Somdu to Phoksundo (3733m.) which takes about five hours.
Day 05	Trek from Phoksundo to Sallaghari (3756 m.) and it takes about seven hours.
Day 06	Trek from Sallaghari to Yak Kharka (3856 m.) which takes about seven hours.
Day 07	Trek from Yak Kharka to Shey Gompa (4160 m.) and it takes about six hours.
Day 08	Trek from Shey Gompa to Saldang which takes about seven hours.
Day 09	Trek from Saldang to Yak Kharka (3965 m.) and it takes about seven hours.
Day 10	Trek from Yak Kharka to Thaksema (4702 m.) which takes about seven hours.
Day 11	Trek from Thaksema to Dhotarap (3944 m.) and it takes about eight hours.
Day 12	Trek from Dhotarap to River side (3756 m.) which takes about six hours.
Day 13	Trek from River side to Odar (3475 m.) and it takes about seven hours.
Day 14	Trek from Odar to Eklebhatti (2970 m.) which takes about six hours.
Day 15	Trek from Eklebhatti to Dunai (2140 m.) and it takes about six hours.
Day 16	Trek from Dunai to Juphal (2475 m.) which takes about three hours.
Day 17	Fly from Juphal to Nepalgunj by flight
